Our Story
NewPage Transcripts was built around a simple belief: the conversations, sermons, and lectures that shape people's lives shouldn't disappear when the recording ends.
How We Got Here
NewPage Transcripts grew out of a frustration with generic transcription services — tools that couldn't handle a pastor's scripture references, a professor's technical citations, or the natural rhythm of a podcast conversation.
We set out to build something different: a service that actually understands the content it transcribes. That means knowing the difference between a theological term and a typo. It means formatting a lecture transcript so a student can actually study from it. It means treating every recording like it matters — because to someone, it does.
Accessibility is at the heart of what we do. Written transcripts ensure that people who are deaf or hard of hearing can fully engage with podcasts, sermons, and educational content that would otherwise be out of reach. Every transcript we produce is a step toward a more inclusive world.
Today we work with podcasters, churches, universities, and independent educators across the country. Every transcript that leaves our hands has been touched by a real person who cares about getting it right.
What Guides Us
Every transcript is reviewed by a human editor before it leaves our hands. We don't ship until it's right.
We believe great content should reach every person — including those who are deaf or hard of hearing. Written transcripts make podcasts, sermons, and lectures available to audiences who would otherwise be left out.
We chose these three niches because we believe in the value of what you create — sermons, conversations, and knowledge deserve to be preserved and shared widely.
No automated transcription pipelines. Every file is handled by a skilled human transcriptionist who takes pride in the craft.
Why NewPage
